  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Once you have used your free trial period and after making the payment for your plan, it will not be possible to request a refund, but you can cancel the renewal from the 'Subscriptions' section.

  • Can I switch from a Basic plan to a Pro plan?

    You can always switch from the Basic plan to the Pro plan. To do this, you will be required to pay the difference between the cost of the Basic service and that of the Pro service (you will pay the difference only proportionally to the remaining days of your subscription). Upgrade now and take advantage of all the features of the Pro plan!

  • Can I switch from a Pro plan to a Basic plan?

    Due to compatibility issues with content, it is currently not possible to switch from a Pro subscription to a Basic one.

  • How does the free trial work?

    You can use almost all the services of for free. To continue using the service after the 30th day, payment details will be required for service activation.

  • What happens if I do not purchase a plan after the free trial?

    You will still be able to access your account, but it will not be possible to manage your restaurants, your menus, and your products. You can reactivate them by purchasing a paid plan.

  • Which plan is most suitable for my business?

    To decide which plan is most suitable for your business, consult the table of combinations with their features.

  • Can I download a QR Code for my menu?

    You can download the QR Code from the 'QR Code' section on your restaurant page, print it or include it in your paper menu to give your customers access to your menus.

  • How can I print the QR Codes for my place?

    You can download the QR Code and insert it into your custom graphics, or you can use our printing services accessible from the 'QR Code' function of the profile dashboard.

  • Can I customize the appearance of my menu?

    On the restaurant page, you can access the 'Appearance' feature and change the colors of your menu. You can also change the name of the menu and customize its structure with sections and widgets.

  • Can I create multiple menus for a restaurant?

    Yes, you can create multiple menus and have multiple public menus (for example, a lunch menu and a dinner menu). Check how many menus are included in your plan; you can always create more menus at an additional cost.

  • Can I display the digital menu on my website?

    It is currently not yet possible to display your digital menu on your website, but our team is working on implementing this feature.

  • Can I use Foodlista if I offer an all-you-can-eat menu?

    Yes, it is possible! The specific features for creating all-you-can-eat menus are currently under development, but you can already use Foodlista by entering all your dishes and an informative note explaining the rules of your offer.

  • Can I create a tourist menu and/or a business lunch menu?

    It will soon be possible to use widgets specifically designed for tourist menus and business lunches, but while waiting for these to become available, you can create sections or sub-sections by entering a description of the offer and then the products without listing the price.

  • What do I do if a dish is temporarily unavailable?

    With Foodlista, you can simply hide a dish from the menu when it is temporarily unavailable and make it visible again as soon as possible.

  • Can products have different prices on different menus?

    This feature is already under development and will soon be available. Stay tuned.

  • Can I import products from an excel file?

    It is currently not yet possible to import products from an external file, but this feature will be available in the future.

  • Can I download my menu?

    Of course, access the PDF function on the menu page, you can select the desired settings and download the menu in A4 format.

  • How can I print the menu I have entered on Foodlista?

    You can print your menu yourself after downloading it through the 'PDF' function or send it to your trusted printer. Moreover, it will be possible to order prints of your menu directly on Foodlista!

  • In which languages can I translate my menu?

    Currently, Foodlista supports translations in Italian, English, and French. Activate the supported languages from the 'Language' setting on your restaurant page.

  • Can I translate my menu if I have the Basic plan?

    Yes, if you have purchased the Basic plan, you can still translate your menu but you will have to do it manually without the help of the AI features included in the Pro plan.

  • How does automatic translation work?

    Foodlista uses artificial intelligence for the translation of your menu. After entering the title and description of your product, click 'translate ✨' and the texts will be automatically translated into the languages enabled by the restaurant settings.

  • Are automatic translations always accurate?

    Although new AI-based systems are much more efficient than traditional online translators, it is possible that the results are not 100% accurate. Make sure the translations are faithful and do not lead to misunderstandings with your clientele.

  • How does automatic allergen detection work?

    Foodlista uses artificial intelligence to automatically detect allergens contained in your dishes. It does so by using the name and description of your product, selecting the allergens contained in each ingredient.

  • Is automatic allergen detection always accurate?

    No, it is essential that the allergens selected automatically are verified by a manager of your business. Remember that automatic detection is more accurate when the name and description are more explicit.

  • What are the benefits of being on the map?

    The 'Explore Map' page makes it easier to find your place in your city. Moreover, plans to invest resources in the development of features dedicated to end-users, such as the ability to leave reviews and save their favorite restaurants.

  • Can I remove my place from the map?

    It is currently not possible to remove your restaurant from the map, but it will be automatically removed if you delete your restaurant from Foodlista.

  • Can I integrate Foodlista with my place's cash register?

    We are studying the best way to allow Foodlista to communicate with the most adopted cash register management systems. Follow us on social media to stay updated on new features.

  • Does Foodlista offer a table and reservation management service?

    No, it is currently not possible to use Foodlista for table and reservation management, but we are planning to implement this feature in the short term.

  • Can customers order takeout on Foodlista?

    No, it is currently not possible to use Foodlista to place and receive takeout orders, but we are planning to implement this feature in the short term.

  • Can I receive technical support?

    If you have purchased a subscription, you can receive technical support by writing an email to Make sure to write the email from the address used to register your account, so we can track requests and assist you faster. You will receive a response within 72 hours, make sure to have read the FAQs and usage guides before forwarding your request.

  • Do you need a custom solution?

    If you need a custom plan, send a request by email to, explain your needs, and we will send you a personalized offer for your company. If you wish to be contacted by phone, provide us with your contact details, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

  • Can I link multiple restaurants to my account?

    Yes, it is possible, to do so you will need to activate a subscription plan for each active restaurant.
